Hair & Makeup Services
I work with several incredible HMU artists in the city and HIGHLY recommend adding their services to our session! They can guarantee you will look your best, while also feeling like yourself. They offer grooming, makeup, and hair at additional fees starting at $250. If you’re interested in adding this to our session, I will reach out to the artists and see who is available.

FAQs

For headshots, you will receive your gallery 2-3 weeks after our session. This will have everything color corrected and downloadable for your use.
From there, you select your retouches and it will be another 2-3 weeks for the finals to be uploaded to your gallery. If you are in a pinch, I offer expedited retouches and gallery delivery for additional fees.
For portraits/etc, my gallery turnaround is 3-4 weeks. This will be your final gallery with everything edited to my style. If you want additional skin retouching, that’s available for $10/image.

I work with the INCREDIBLE Kaley Were, Carly Moore, Carly Hughes, and Bridie Coughlan. If you have a preference, you can let me know and we will do our best to accommodate, but it always depends on availability.

YES!!! Adding a hair & makeup artist takes so much stress out of your hands. They are there to ensure you look like YOU on your best day. Plus, we get the extra hour or so to hang out and get to know each other, which always makes shooting so much more fun!
If you are male identifying, I still recommend adding makeup! You won’t be glammed up (unless you want to), but just given some natural coverage to make sure your features pop on camera.

If necessary, you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before our session. Any late cancellations or no-shows within that time frame will be charged the full session cost. Reschedules can be accommodated on request, though if requested with the 48 hours you will have to put down another deposit to secure your new time.

Before our session, I’ll send you my prep guide, which will give you TONS of details on what you need to prepare for our session. In short, choose outfits that feel like YOU, while still being specific to the vibe we are going for. I always encourage bringing ideas and options and we can talk it out together!

I always suggest bringing outfit options, backup makeup/hair supplies, and specific goals for our shoot. But most importantly…YOU and your energy! We will have fun I promise (even if it seems scary right now!)

Absolutely!! As of now, my home studio can’t accommodate the larger backdrops needed for dance and movement photography. This just means that all dance sessions take place at a separate studio in Brooklyn. The rental fee will be included in your booking. If you want to combine a dance session and headshot session, send me an email and we can iron out the details.
